Twist and Shout

Crier pour être entendue, se contorsionner pour s'intégrer : « Twist and Shout » est le nouveau one woman show de la compagnie Banjocircus.

Le Twist est un style de musique et une danse, qui consiste à faire comme si on s'essuyait le dos avec une serviette de bain tout en écrasant une cigarette avec le pied. Ce serait une danse qui a sauvé le monde car tout le monde est capable de la danser ! L'artiste Léa Rovero souhaite l'enseigner à son public en l’initiant au phénomène.

Dans ce spectacle poétique, elle combine ses meilleurs numéros mêlant cirque (contorsion, magie et manipulation d'objets), comédie, danse et musique vivante sans oublier une forte participation du public.

“Twist and Shout” is the new one-woman show from the Banjocircus company.
The Twist is a style of music and dance, which consists of pretending to dry your back with a bath towel while stubbing out a cigarette with your foot.
It was a big hit because everyone can dance it!
The artist Léa Rovero wishes to teach this dance to her audience by introducing them to the phenomenon.
In this poetic show, she combines her best numbers mixing circus (contortion, magic and manipulation of objects), comedy, dance and live music without forgetting strong audience participation.
